Quotes
Quotes are provided free and without obligation and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are fixed for the work described; additional work (for example concealed rot found once a roof is opened up) is agreed in writing before proceeding.
Work & guarantee
We carry out work with reasonable skill and care and guarantee our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed on where applicable.
Insurance
Davis Property Services holds public liability insurance. Details are available on request.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice.
